About the Doctor:
Chiropractic and Functional Wellness is more than a job but a life style for Dr. Jamie J. Arnold. The only doctor she had ever seen for most of her life was her grandfather, the late Dr. Phillip A. Arnold. He was the family's chiropractor, as well as guide for healthy eating and healthy living. Many of his ideas were far ahead of his time. Before modern medicine existed, his grandmother was a "healer" in her time. Women would come from near and far to be treated for their ailments by her.
The word "doctor" comes from the latin which means teacher. Dr. Jamie takes this calling very seriously and believes that heath care is a partnership between the patient and the doctor. The doctor listens to the patient and educates them so they are able to make effective choices that work toward their health goals.
Dr. Jamie graduated Magna cum Laude from Cleveland Chiropractic College, Kansas City. She was awarded the prestigious Clinic Excellence Award in recognition of dedicated commitment and service to patients at the Cleveland Chiropractic Health Clinic. Dr. Jamie has done post graduate work and been certified in Meridian Therapy (Acupuncture) and Pediatrics. She also has studied low force techniques, has over 500 hours in post-graduate herbal and whole food functional wellness training. More reciently she leads post gradute lectures for area health care providers.
In 2011 the office was officially placed under the patronage of St. Gianna Beretta Molla with an enshrinement of her relic which is on display in the reception area.
Dr. Jamie graduated Magna cum Laude from Wichita State University with a degree in Business Administration before attending Cleveland Chiropractic College. She is a wife, mother of four, grandmother of one and enjoys being a Children's Catechist for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. She is quite fond of time spent with family and friends, walking, bicycling and hiking and learning and applying all the things!
